Milan, May 26, 2014 - Pavia e Ansaldo announces that professors Matteo Benozzo and Federico Bruno, experts in environmental and safety areas, together with Daniele Carminati, head of the Middle East and Turkish Desk, became partners.
Matteo Benozzo is an associate professor at the University of Macerata, Francesco Benozzo is an associate professor at the University of Molise and professor at Università Compus Biomedico in Rome.
Both are specialists in environmental and safety sectors (administrative, civil and criminal law) with a multi-disciplinary method and assist multinationals, public entities and enterprises in the ordinary and extraordinary management of environmental dangers and protection of the workers’ health.
Daniele Carminati works in corporate law, international commerce and construction laws and has significant experience in FIDIC contracts. Since 2010 he has been the head of the Middle-East and Turkish desk, set up to assist Italian enterprises in the process of internationalization in Turkey and in other countries of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) where he acts as a bridge in order to further the management of cross-border operations in different legal systems.
