Rome, 29 March 2019 - Pavia e Ansaldo, with professors Matteo Benozzo and Francesco Bruno as well as Francesco Salvi, obtained the release from seizure of the company of the Roullier Timac Agro S.p.A. group that the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Trani had subjected to precautionary measures for alleged environmental crimes. The team obtained the recognition of the absence of liability of the Company for air pollution and of the effectiveness of the setting up and implementation of measures for operative safety (MISO) for contamination of soil and groundwater. This is paving the way for economic development, the preservation of the ecosystems and employment levels of an important industrial site in southern Italy.
