Zolva acquires Euro Service: the firms

 

Milan, 15 February, 2022 – Zolva, a leading Norwegian operator with a number of offices in Europe, active in the acquisition and management of portfolios of non performing credits mainly from financial institutions, finalized the acquisition of Euro Service S.p.A. from the Persici family.

 

With the acquisition of Euro Service, a company with head office in Rome and active since 1998 on the market of NPLs, Zolva establishes a strong base in Italy with the view of a future growth and a potential consolidation on the market.

 

The purchaser was assisted by EY in relation to financial and tax aspects of the transaction with a team formed by the Senior Managers Denni Bianchi, Alberto Genghini, Lorenzo Maggiulli and by the Senior Consultants Camilla Di Pangrazio and Luca Vitullo and, for all legal matters of the transaction, by Cerina Law firm, with a team made up of the partner Paolo Cerina supported by Daniele Lena.

 

The vendors were assisted Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team coordinated by the partner Alberto Bianco and formed by Erica Lepore and Biancamaria Veronese, with the lawyer Fabio Magrì, legal counsel of Euro Service, and, regarding financial aspects, by Alessandro Baroni, partner of Crossborder.
