Pavia e Ansaldo with ViViBanca in the acquisition of an additional stake in I.Fi.Ve.R.

Turin, 8 August 2023 – The law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team comprising of counsel Massimiliano Elia and associate Rossana Tirenna, assisted ViViBanca S.p.A. – a company specialised in household credit through salary-backed loans, personal loans and financial advances, as well as in retail funding thanks to the most innovative On-Line Banking services – on all corporate M&A and banking aspects, in the acquisition of a further stake in I.Fi.Ve.R. S.p.A..

ViViBanca thus consolidates its majority shareholding, reaching 85% of the capital of the company active at national level in financing operations disbursed through loans against assignment portions of salary-pension, payment delegations and personal loans.

This transaction is part of the agreements signed with the current minority shareholders of I.Fi.Ve.R. S.p.A. and is an integral part of the Integration Plan signed on 13 December 2021.
