Pavia e Ansaldo with Primonial in the acquisition of an important private clinic in central Italy

 

Milan, 22 October 2021 – Pavia e Ansaldo Law firm assisted Primonial Luxembourg Real Estate S.A. on behalf of the Primonial Italian Healthcare Fund in the acquisition of an important private clinic in central Italy.

 

Pavia e Ansaldo acted with a team coordinated by the Partner Fiorenza Resta and made up of the Counsel Kathleen Bucci and the Associate Alessia Tonini, in all real estate and contractual aspects of the transaction of sale and lease back to a company of the seller’s Group, which is a prime operator who will continue to manage the clinic.

 

In tax matters of the transaction, Pavia e Ansaldo was supported by Fivelex who operated with a team coordinated by the Partner Francesco Mantegazza and composed of the Senior Associate Edoardo Bassi and by the trainee Silvia Castiglioni.
