Pavia e Ansaldo with Isoclima in the definition of the agreement with Hitachi Rail for the supply of windows for new trams of Turin

Milan, 18 February, 2022 – Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo with the partner Carlo Del Conte, assisted Isoclima S.p.A., a company specializing in the design and production of high quality laminated windows for the transport sector, in the negotiation and definition, with Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A. as contracting entity, of an agreement for the design, prototypation and supply of the sets of glasses (windscreens and windows) that will equip the “New Turin Trams” destined to the transportation service of the city of Turin and that Hitachi Rail will produce on behalf of the Gruppo Torinese Trasporti S.p.A..

The agreement was signed by the representatives of the two companies on the 7th of February and it represents a fundamental element in the renovation program of the tramway fleet of the Piedmont provincial capital.

The lawyer Carlo del Conte assisted Isoclima alongside the EVP Global Sales Daniele Santi and Catia Tuzza from Sales, while Hitachi Rail managed the legal matters of the transaction through its own internal Procurement Contract Management office and, in particular, through the lawyer Dario Niccolini and Dottoressa Maria Giovanna Cicchetti.
