Taxi Operators Taxiblu and Autoradiotassi win with Pavia e Ansaldo against the Antitrust Authority before the Lazio Regional Administrative Court

Milan 7 December 2018 – With two rulings published on December 2018, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court granted the precautionary petitions contained in the appeals submitted by the cooperatives Taxiblu 4040 and Autoradiotassì 8585, suspending the effectiveness of the Antitrust Authority’s order of June 27th 2018 which ascertained – in response to a complaint by Mytaxi – the so-called cartel of radio taxis on the markets of public charter services in Milan and Rome.
The rulings acknowledge the complexity of the legal questions submitted by the applicants as well as the irreversible effects of an execution of the order which included an amendment of the articles of association of the cooperatives.
The firm acted with a team made up of partners Filippo Fioretti, Marco Giustiniani and Nico Moravia and associates Tommaso Massari, Maria Rosaria Raspanti and Alessandro Paccione.
Autoradiotassì was also assisted by Davide Viganò and Dario Ippolito.
