Pavia e Ansaldo with the Threestones Fund for the acquisition of the eighth residence in Spain

Barcelona, 29 July, 2021 – Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team composed by the partner responsible for the Barcelona office, Meritxell Roca Ortega, and by the associates Javier Vicente García and Alessandro Tenchini, assisted the Luxembourg investment fund TSC Fund Eurocare Real Estate, managed by Threestones Capital Management S.A., in the acquisition of the residence for the elderly “Residència Geriàtrica Congost” (Figaró-Montmany, Barcelona), with which it enlarged to eight assets its portfolio of residential centres for the elderly in Spain.

 

Threestones Capital Management S.A. is an SGR specializing in the Real Estate sector and which operates under the supervision of the Luxembourg financial authorities (CSSF), in compliance with the European financial laws. The transaction represents the eighth investment of the fund in Spain since the acquisition, in 2018, of the residence “Cambrils Suite” in the Tarragona province. All the transactions are included in the context of an investment strategy on the whole Spanish territory.

 

The transaction included the transfer of the management of the centre to Gran Vida, a sanitary and geriatric group originated in Catalonia, currently managing a number of residencies in the provinces of Barcelona and Tarragona.
