Pavia e Ansaldo with the Ippocrate Fund in the anticipated renewal of the lease agreement for the historical store in Milan of La Rinascente

Milan, 20 December 2019 – Pavia e Ansaldo assisted the Fund “Ippocrate” (a real estate alternative investment fund reserved to professional investors), the main shareholder of which is Fondazione ENPAM, managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, in the formalization of the new lease agreement for the entire building complex located in Milan, Via Santa Radegonda near the Duomo, flagship store of La Rinascente, and single super core asset most sought-after of the whole Italian real estate market. The new agreement has a duration of 15 years renewable for other 15 years after the first expiry date.
