Pavia e Ansaldo and Chiomenti in the transfer of the Frautech branch of business

Milan, 9 September, 2021 – Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team coordinated by the partner Alberto Bianco and formed by Erica Lepore, Biancamaria Veronese and, for labour aspects of the transaction, Francesco Vitella and Giulia Duso, furnished legal assistance in favour of the company Michelangelo Pietribiasi S.r.l. in the acquisition, from the Austrian group Andritz, of the branch of business branded “Frautech” regarding the manufacturing and marketing of separators and systems for the food industry.

With this transaction – managed by the advisory company Deal Source Italia which, with the vehicle DS1 participated by its club of investors acquired the control of Pietribiasi last November – the company aims at widening its range of offer with more machinery realized internally and fundamental in the production and bottling lines offered to its clients in the dairy and beverage sectors.

The seller was assisted by Chiomenti with a team coordinated by the partner Corrado Canziani supported by the associates Eugenio Prosperi and Maria Laura Zucchini and, for labour aspects, by the associate Alessandro Pace.
