Minerva Hub acquires Oroplac – The firms involved in the transaction

Milan, 2 February, 2023 – Minerva Hub, through its subsidiary Koverlux, has finalised the acquisition of the entire capital of Oroplac S.r.l., a company operating in the galvanic sector.

Minerva Hub is the parent company of the platform of Italian companies specialising in the supply of products, components and services for accessories of major international fashion and luxury brands, aggregated by the Xenon Private Equity fund.

In the transaction, Minerva Hub was assisted in all legal aspects, from due diligence to contractual matters, by Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo with a team comprising partner Giuseppe Besozzi (left picture), associate Lepore Erica (right picture) and trainees Arianna Bellani and Luca Cabato.

The sellers, who will continue to be involved in the management of the company, were assisted on all legal aspects by the associated law firm Sanetti & Poretti with a team comprising partners Roberto Sanetti and Lorenzo Poretti along with the colleague Ferruccio Spagnoli.

The notary aspects were followed by Todeschini Bastrenta Notai, with a team coordinated by notary Edmondo Todeschini.
