For Pavia e Ansaldo the injuction against Uber Pop confirmed

Milan, 10 July 2015 – The Court of Milan rejected the petition, applied for by the American multinational UBER, against the association of taxi drivers and principal radio-taxi associations represented by attorneys Marco Giustiniani, Nico Moravia and Giovanni Gigliotti of Pavia e Ansaldo with Alessandro Fabbi.

Hereby, the provisional remedy, which had enjoined Uber Pop service from committing unfair competition in all of the country was confirmed within a few weeks.
