Chiomenti and Pavia e Ansaldo in the joint venture with CDP Venture Capital SGR, the FOMAS group and PUNCH Torino S.p.A. in the additive manufacturing sector

 

Milan, 6 October, 2022 – CDP Venture Capital SGR, through the Fund Boost Innovation, the FOMAS group, through the controlled company MIMETE S.r.l., and PUNCH Torino S.p.A., have signed binding agreements regarding a joint venture, MadeinAdd, which will operate in the additive manufacturing sector for the ideation, creation and development of a digital marketplace and of a productive owner hub specializing in the sector of additive manufacturing.

 

Chiomenti assisted CDP Venture Capital SGR with a team composed by Filippo Modulo and Francesca Villa, together with Enrico Bizzarri and Francesca Zimmardi, for the corporate and contractual profiles. Antitrust aspects have been managed by Cristoforo Osti with Alessandra Prastaro, Antonino Cutrupi and Giacomo Grechi, while administrative and regulatory profiles have been followed by Giulio Napolitano with Luca Masotto.

 

CDP Venture Capital SGR managed the transaction with a team of in-house lawyers led by the head Alessandro di Gioia and made up by Elisa Toriello, Debora Perciballi, Gabriele Petrini, Angela Malizia, Matteo Fittante, Marco Filanti, Francesca Galletti and Simone Caruso.

 

Pavia e Ansaldo assisted MIMETE with a team composed by Stefano Bianchi and Paola Carlotti, along with the head of legal of the FOMAS Group, Filippo Maria Riva.

 

PUNCH Torino acted with its in-house legal team, led by the head Sonia Piani.
