Pavia e Ansaldo renews the offices of managing partner and senior partner and adopts new governance

Milan, 14 July 2015 – The Partners’ Meeting of Pavia e Ansaldo, held to renew management positions, appointed Stefano Bianchi to the office of Managing Partner and confirmed Gian Paolo Di Santo in the office of Senior Partner. The meeting also approved a new governance model aimed at a greater participation and full utilization of its resources.

Stefano Bianchi has been in Pavia e Ansaldo for 25 years and is a partner since 2000. He represents industrial groups, Italian and foreign investment funds and has matured specific experience in acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and corporate reorganizations. He also has a wide expertise in corporate and arbitral litigation. Since 2004, he lectures on civil law in the Specialization School for Legal Professions at the Milan University and is author of several publications on civil and commercial law.
