Pavia e Ansaldo bolsters its compliance department with new entry
Paola De Pascalis joins the firm as Of Counsel thereby expanding the activity of the Firm in criminal law
Milan, 28 May 2018 – Pavia e Ansaldo communicates that Paola De Pascalis will join the firm as Of Counsel in the Compliance Department led by partner Mario Di Giulio.
This new entry bolsters the Compliance Department of the firm which is made up of a multi-discipline team of highly specialized professionals and has a consolidated track record in regulatory and corporate governance matters. The expertise of Mrs De Pascalis will increase the capacities of the Department in criminal law which, up to today, focused mainly on environmental profiles and Law no. 231 – thanks to the team of Professors Francesco Bruno and Matteo Benozzo and Francesco Salvi.

Paola De Pascalis, who graduated at the University of Pavia and has a PhD from the University of Genova, has gained more than a decade of experience in the field of corporate and economic criminal law. She will perform her activity mainly at Pavia e Ansaldo’s offices in Milan providing assistance in judicial and extrajudicial matters, in all areas of corporate criminal law, with an emphasis on banking, financial, insolvency, tax, insurance, pharmaceutical and environmental issues, the rules set forth by Legislative Decree 231/01, and topics regarding compliance and internal controls.
