Pavia e Ansaldo with Tulotero for its entry into the Italian market
Milan, 20 October 2023 – Pavia e Ansaldo has assisted Tulotero Italia S.r.l. in the acquisition of a license to operate online gaming in Italy, in the possession of Sisal Italia S.p.a., a leading company in the Italian lottery market.
Sisal is one of the main international operators in the regulated gaming sector and is currently active in Italy, Morocco and Turkey, with an offer that includes lotteries, betting, online games and entertainment machines. The company operates internationally in the retail channel through a network of over 47,000 points of sale, and in the online channel with 1.8 million consumers.
Tulotero App Sociedad Limitada, the majority shareholder of the Italian subsidiary, is already a leader in Spain and aims to become the global leader in the management of online games, such as lotteries. It has developed an innovative and secure system with the highest international standards in security, banking transactions and data protection. In addition, it wants to dynamise the online games and lotteries market and help operators offer more facilities and benefits to consumers, adapting to the needs of the 21st century and the regulations applicable in each country in which it operates. The company currently operates in Spain, Mexico and the United States.
