Ethics in Arbitration: A priority for practitioners or simply a duty rising from disclosure obligations?
Tuesday, 29 March, from 17.00 to 18.45 CET, Roberto Oliva will take part in the online event ‘Ethics in Arbitration: A priority for practitioners or simply a duty rising from disclosure obligations?’ organized by the Iberian Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Roberto will converse on the issues arising out of three recent and well-known cases (WADA v. Sun Yang, Halliburton v. Chubb, and BEG v. Italy) and the point of view of Italian arbitration practitioners, keeping in mind the discussed reform of Italian arbitration law.
This conversation will also involve Nazareth Romero and Héctor Sbert from the Iberian Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Giovanni Profazio and Jacopo Monaci Naldini from the Italian Chapter.
The event, which will be held in English, is free to attend (either members or non-members CIArb), but pre-registration is required: REGISTRATION
