Valentina Spinello works at the Turin office, within the Commercial and Corporate Department and the Litigation and Arbitration Department.
Valentina has developed specialized expertise in commercial and corporate law, representing companies in both judicial and out-of-court proceedings. In addition, she provides assistance, both in and out of court, to companies, shareholders, and members of management and supervisory bodies, as well as to auditors and independent auditing firms, including in their dealings with supervisory authorities.
She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2011. In 2012, she was awarded the “Toga d’Oro” by the Council of the Turin Bar Association, an honor given to the top four candidates in the 2010–2011 bar admission exam within the District of the Turin Court of Appeal.
She served on the Young Lawyers Committee of the Turin Bar Association Council.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
