Teodoro Malquori works mainly out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where he is a member of the Tax department.
Tax advisor, CPA and certified auditor, he assists primary multinational corporations either in domestic or international tax matters. He mainly advises on direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, pre-litigation procedures, tax and financial due diligence for M&A transactions and business valuation. From a tax standpoint, he has also gained experience in transactions and financing structuring, further to acquisition agreements review from a tax perspective.
He is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
