Martina Ferrari works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate and Commercial, Capital Markets, Banking and Finance departments.
She provides legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies in M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating the relevant agreements. Moreover, she has gained extensive experience in commercial contract law.
She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
