Martina works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of the M&A and Private Equity and Corporate and Commercial departments.

She provides legal assistance in extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, leveraged buy-outs, mergers, demergers, and corporate reorganisations, also aimed at defining governance structures. She advises leading Italian and international private equity funds as well as Italian and foreign companies in investment and exit transactions, assisting clients throughout all stages of the deal, from structuring to execution.

Martina also provides legal advice in the field of art and cultural property law.

She obtained an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Art, Business and Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2024/2025, focusing on the legal and economic aspects of the art market and sustainable cultural investments.

She serves an editor for The Institute of Art and Law in London.

Martina is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Art Lawyers Association (ALA), and the Professional Advisors to the International Art Market (PAIAM).
