Erica Lepore works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of the M&A, Private Equity and Corporate and Commercial departments.
Erica advises leading private equity funds as well as Italian and foreign companies on investment in corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buy outs, mergers, demergers and corporate restructuring.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
