Cristiano works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Rome office, where he is a member of the Corporate and Commercial department.
Cristiano deals mainly with commercial and corporate law and, in particular, he has gained experience in cross-border M&A operations, providing assistance and consultancy to Italian and foreign clients.
Cristiano originally commenced his professional career dealing mainly with public and administrative law, and in 2021 he also obtained, with distinction, a master’s degree in administrative law at the Università Europea di Roma (UER).
He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA)
