Viola works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate and Commercial and Energy departments.

Viola advises Italian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on corporate law matters. She has also gained experience in national and international commercial contracts.

She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA)
