The firms in the transaction for the investment in Itelyum Group

Milan, 23 August, 2021 – The fourth fund of Stirling Square Capital Partners assisted by Chiomenti, announced its next investment, in partnership with the German fund DBAG, assisted by Gattai, Minoli, Partners, in Itelyum Group. The investment is included in the wider context of the agreements for the acquisition of shares from the third fund of Stirling Square Capital Partners, assisted, with the other sellers, by Pavia e Ansaldo.


Chiomenti furnished assistance with a multi-disciplinary team led by the partner Franco Agopyan with the senior associate Giovanni Colantuono and the associate Maria Grazia Mazzaglia for corporate aspects and with the partner Giulio Napolitano and the associate Luca Masotto for Golden Power laws aspects.


The multi-disciplinary team of Gattai, Minoli, Partners was coordinated by the partner Bruno Gattai and composed, for corporate aspects, by the partner Federico Bal and the associate Carolina Gattai, for tax aspects, by the partner Cristiano Garbarini and by the counsel Alban Zaimaj and, for golden power aspects, by the cousel Damiano Battaglia.


Pavia e Ansaldo acted with the partners Stefano Bianchi and Paola Carlotti together with the associates Giovanni Gila and Riccardo Robuschi, and, for labour aspects, with the partner Enrico Del Guerra and the senior associate Francesco Vitella. As for tax profiles, the sellers were assisted by Studio Colacicco.
