The firms in The Equity Club’s investment in Regi

 

Milan, 2 August 2023 – Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici has advised TEC Beauty, a vehicle set up as part of the club deal initiative promoted by The Equity Club, in relation to the acquisition of a minority stake in Regi S.r.l., an Italian company referrable to Vittoria Cicchetti and Alessandro Ratini, and an international leader in the development and production of make-up and skincare products. Vittoria Cicchetti and Alessandro Ratini will continue to hold the majority shareholding and serve as co-CEOs, alongside the new partner, to continue Regi’s growth process.

 

A team comprising partner Franco Barucci, junior partner Dario Prestamburgo and associate Giuseppe Angiulli acted for Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici. The sellers were assisted by Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team coordinated by lawyer Guido Broglio, and by the CLA STP team formed by Primo Ceppellini, Alda Ciocca and Davide Lombardi.
