Stefano Bianchi has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2000 and Managing Partner since 2015, and works mainly out of our Milan office.
As an expert in company and commercial law and advisor to numerous leading industrial corporations and investment funds, both Italian and foreign, Stefano has acquired specific expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions, acquisitions, finance deals, private equity and corporate restructuring.
Stefano also has a solid background in corporate litigation and arbitration, at both national and international level.
Since 2004 he has lectured in civil law at the school of specialization for the legal professions at Milan University, as well as being the author of numerous publications and regularly invited to speak at congresses and seminars.
Stefano is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
