Roberto Oliva is working out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where he is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department.
He assists foreign and national clients in litigation and arbitration matters.
Roberto is also appointed as an arbitrator in domestic arbitration proceedings.
His practice areas focus on commercial law, corporate law and insolvency law.
Roberto received a PhD in Constitutional law from the University of Ferrara and in 2003 he was a visiting student at Cambridge University, St. John’s College.
He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA), of the “Associazione Italiana dell’Arbitrato (AIA)”, of ArbIT – Italian Forum for Arbitation and ADR, and of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb); moreover, he serves as the Honorary Secretary of CIArb European Branch Committee.
