Roberta Pavia is a member of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Litigation and Arbitration team. and works in our Milan office.
In the latest years Roberta has gained a broad expertise in banking and finance dispute resolution, continuously assisting leading banks and asset management companies. In particular she has assisted clients in judicial and extra-judicial matters, in front of Supervisory Bodies and Mediation Bodies, in judgements of responsibility of financial intermediaries in investment services for the infringement of conduct rules, debenture defaults, derivates and offences of financial promoter.
Roberta is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
