Riccardo works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where he is a member of the Employment Department.
He provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients with a focus on advising clients on day-by-day labour matters, assistance in all stages of the employment relationship and its termination, as well as in the context of personnel reduction operations, corporate restructuring and legal due diligence activities.
He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
