Riccardo Robuschi works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office. He is a member of the M&A, Corporate and Dispute Resolution departments.
Riccardo has gained experience in extraordinary corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of businesses and of shareholdings, along with corporate and commercial law issues, both domestic and cross-border.
