Pavia e Ansaldo with S.T. Corporation of Tokyo in the transfer of the controlled Zeta S.r.l. to Rega Holding

Milan, 30 March, 2021 – The Japan Desk of Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted S.T. Corporation, a company listed in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, specializing in the production and sale of deodorants, dehumidifiers and other products for home and personal care, in the sale of the Italian controlled company Zeta S.r.l. to Rega Holding S.r.l. and to Mr. Roberto Di Palma, assisted by Mr. Gabriele Grasso and Mr. Mauro Ferrara of the firm One Partner of Naples.

The sale transaction, which is a part of the reorganization process of the non domestic operations of the Japanese company, was coordinated by the Responsible of the Japan Desk of Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, Adriano Villa, and lead by the foreign consultant Naoko Konishi.
