Pavia e Ansaldo and DWF in the acquisition of Mollica and MACC
Milano, 23 dicembre 2021 – Pavia e Ansaldo assisted Customs Support Group B.V., a European group active in the customs field, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Mollica Customs Services S.r.l. and MACC S.r.l. (Mollica Group). Mollica Customs Services S.r.l. is an affirmed and known company on the relative market, a customs broker located strategically in the offices of Milan, Peschiera Borromeo, Pozzuolo Martesana, Osmannoro, Dalmine and Ferno.
The team of Pavia e Ansaldo was led by the Partner Anna Saraceno with the support of the Associates Viola Bardi and Vera Greco, as for corporate and commercial aspects, and by the Partner Valentina Simonelli, as for labour law aspects.
Customs Support was also assisted by Equita K Finance as financial advisor with the associate Beatrice Reggiori and the Analyst Filippo Grossi supported by Maximiliano Turelli, Director of the Financial Sponsor Coverage team in Equita; by Deloitte for the financial, tax and payroll due diligence, with the partners Giorgio Orlandini, Carlo Rolandi, Davide Ganzer, the Directors Francesco Maria Paggini and Rosanna Zanni, the senior manager Daniel Davidhi and the senior staff Giorgio Gambini Scota, along with UBFP for the customs due diligence with the Partners Elena Fraternali and Luca Piemontese.
The shareholders of Mollica Customs Services S.r.l. and MACC S.r.l. were assisted by DWF with a team led by the Partner Luca Cuomo responsible for the corporate and M&A practice, supported by the counsel Matteo Polli, by the associates Antonio Lopetuso and Alberto Sieli.
