Pavia e Ansaldo, Di Gravio Avvocati Associati and Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in the Unobravo transaction

Milan, December 14, 2023 – Unobravo, a leading online psychology service, continues its growth and successfully concluded an extraordinary capital transaction, strengthening the corporate structure.

A successful exit was finalized for a number of early investors – including CDP Venture Capital, which had invested in Unobravo in 2020 – and, at the same time, two new investors, Northzone and H14, entered through a deal co-led by Insight Partners and Northzone. These new entries are aimed at consolidating the company, also in view of international growth plans.

In fact, the evolution of the corporate structure is part of a natural dynamic in the growth path of Unobravo, a benefit company that now counts more than 220 people in the company, 5,000 psychologists and psychotherapists, and more than 160,000 patients supported in their mental wellness journey just four years after its establishment in 2019.

Northzone and H14, together with Insight Partners, which has already invested in the company in 2022, will be part of an important new chapter for Unobravo, geared toward innovation, strengthening and creating new technologies for therapeutic support, clinical research, and entry into new European markets.

The transaction was highly articulated in view of the combination of the two investments in the capital with the exit involving not only CDP Venture Capital but also investors from different jurisdictions, and we were able to manage the process entirely in digital mode also thanks to MilanoNotai, consistently with Unobravo’s DNA that makes innovation its core,” says Milena Prisco, Of Counsel and Head of ESG at Pavia e Ansaldo, which has been assisting the company for years.

Pavia e Ansaldo assisted Unobravo with a team composed of Milena Prisco and Arianna Cortese for corporate profiles, and Filippo Fioretti and Maria Rosaria Raspanti for antitrust profiles, with the support of in-house general counsel Reina Balestrello and CFO Tiziana Cannone.

Di Gravio Avvocati Associati assisted Northzone with a team consisting of Alessandro Metrangolo (counsel) and Daniele De Liberato (senior associate).

Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, with a team composed of partner Luca Leonardi and associate Niccolò Casartelli, assisted Insight Partners.

CDP Venture Capital managed the transaction with its legal team led by attorney Alessandro di Gioia and attorney Debora Perciballi.

The notarial aspects of the transaction were handled by Milano Notai with notaries Giovannella Condò, co-founder, and Stefania Anzelini.
