Milan, 13 May, 2021 – Pavia e Ansaldo announces the entry of Carlo Emanuele Rossi who will join, as partner, the Corporate M&A Department, along with a team composed by associates Viola Bardi and Pietro Miazzi.

Carlo Emanuele Rossi can count on thirty years’ experience in corporate M&A transactions, with a specific focus on the energy sector. Through the years, he assisted prime national and international clients, acquiring a specific competence in antitrust matters. PeA has always represented for me an institutional reference in the market of legal services, both for the quality of its professionals, and for its independent role, notwithstanding the common attitude to call on international clients. I am embracing this professional challenge with enthusiasm and pride and I am sure that, together with all the firm’s specializations, we will be able to generate relevant synergies for the benefit of our clients, and that we are ready to catch immediately the expected opportunities of resumption of national and international investments.” commented Carlo Emanuele Rossi, partner of Studio legale Pavia e Ansaldo.

We are pleased to welcome in Pavia e Ansaldo a new partner valuable as Carlo Emanuele Rossi and his team. Starting from the beginning of this year, our partnership adopted new regulations, for the purpose of becoming even more attractive for high profile professionals in strategic sectors. The entry of Emanuele encourages us to continue with determination on the track undertaken” affirmed Stefano Bianchi, managing partner of Studio legale Pavia e Ansaldo.
