Milan, 28 November 2019 – Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted Trenitalia S.p.A. in the participation to the ILSA consortium in partnership with Air Nostrum, drafting all the contractual documents in connection with the tender for the selection of the high speed railway operator in Spain. ILSA Consortium was awarded the transport service from ADIF, manager of the Spanish railway infrastructure, for the lines Madrid-Barcelona, Madrid-Valencia/Alicante and Madrid-Malaga/Seville.

Pavia e Ansaldo acted with a team made up of partners Nico Moravia and Daniele Carminati and by counsel Alessandra Grandoni, with the support of the Barcelona office coordinated by partner Meritxell Roca Ortega; Pavia e Ansaldo’s team worked in close collaboration with Trenitalia’s internal team including also the lawyers Domenico Galli, Anna Rita Leo, Federica Gambardella from Trenitalia, and lawyers Michele Panato and Paola Goi from Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
