Pavia and Ansaldo with Croci in the acquisition of Creaciones Arppe S.L.

Milan, 23 December 2022 – The acquisition by Croci S.p.A., a leading Italian company in the pet accessories and aquariums sector controlled by Mindful Capital Partners, of the entire share capital of the Spanish company Creaciones Arppe S.L., a manufacturer of leashes and comfort products (e.g. kennels, cushions), has been finalised.

 

The acquisition of Arppe represents a further step in the internationalisation process of Croci, which already boasts a consolidated presence in the German market, with the company Amtra (specialising in the aquarium sector), in the French market, with the company Canifrance (a historic transalpine company specialising in high quality collars and leashes), and in the Chinese market, through a subsidiary established locally to develop the promising Asian market.

 

Croci expects to close 2022 with a turnover in excess of 60 million euros, marking a 20% increase on 2021 figures.

 

Croci was followed in all legal aspects of the transaction by a multidisciplinary team composed of partners Giuseppe Besozzi and Meritxell Roca Ortega, counsel Felipe Sesma and associates Erica Lepore, Javier Vincente and Adriano Belloni.
