Pavia e Ansaldo represents Coop Lombardia in the acquisition of two supermarkets

Milan, 24 September 2013 – Pavia e Ansaldo assisted Coop Lombardia in the acquisition of two businesses owned by Gruppo Lombardini, operating two supermarkets in Treviglio and Mapello, in the Bergamo province. The two supermarkets are important being located, respectively, in the Treviglio shopping center and in the Continente shopping center in Mapello. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

As part of the transaction, the leases of the real property where the two acquired supermarkets are located were executed.

Coop Lombardia was represented by partner Federico Cavazza Rossi with Giovanni Maccioni, of counsel, and Francesca Bottani, senior associate of the Corporate and Commercial and Real Estate departments and partner Andrea Torazzi for antitrust aspects.
