Pavia and Ansaldo with Falcon Valley Group in the acquisition of the Fornovallée plant in Verrés

Milan, March 4, 2024 -The law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted Valpinsa S.r.l., an Italian subsidiary of the Maltese Falcon Valley Group with interests in Europe and the United States, in the acquisition from Il Fornovallee S.r.l., a company undergoing the procedure of composition with creditors, of the going concern for the manufacture of fresh and frozen bakery products operating at the Verrés plant in the province of Aosta.

Valpinsa S.r.l. was assisted by counsel Fabio Lui, with regard to corporate and contractual aspects, and by partner Enrico Del Guerra, with regard to labor law aspects.

The buyer-side insolvency aspects were handled by attorney Ernest Owusu Trevisi of Studio Legale Bonfatti in Modena.

The composition with creditors procedure in the context of which the going concern was sold was handled on behalf of Il Fornovallee S.r.l. by Lawyer Manuela Massai of Aosta, as legal advisor, and by Mr. Jean-Claude Favre, as certifier, while for labor law aspects by Lawyer Elisabetta Rebagliati of Studio Littler.
