Paola De Pascalis joined the firm as Of Counsel in June 2018, after working for more than ten years in a primary law firm in corporate and economic criminal law.
She is working out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan offices.
She is specialising in assistance in and out of court in all areas of corporate criminal law, with reference to the rules set forth by legislative decree 231/01, the related applicable legislation and topics regarding internal controls. She is a member of a number of supervisory bodies for corporate compliance.
She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and member of the Association of the Members of the Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She has worked, as research fellow or expert, with professors of criminal law in various Universities; in these sectors she has written publications and held lectures and seminars (mainly in post graduate schools, training courses and master courses).
