Meritxell Roca Ortega started working in Pavia e Ansaldo in 1996 and she is a Partner since 2009.
She works both in our Milan and Barcelona Offices heading the Spanish Practice of the Firm.
Meritxell advises clients (especially Spanish and Latin American), as well as Italian corporations in bilateral and multilateral relations with Spanish speaking countries, prevalently in the areas of M&A, commercial, corporate, real estate and energy law.
She was President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy from 1999 to 2008.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and speaker.
