Maurizio Vasciminni has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 1996, and is working out of our Rome office.
Maurizio has extensive experience in a wide range of civil and commercial law matters, as well as in litigation. He regularly represents clients in disputes before the courts, and in arbitration, concerning corporate and commercial issues, contracting matters, liability towards investors, real estate and asset protection.
Maurizio acts for domestic and overseas clients in mergers & acquisitions, in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on tenders, leasing and services for the aeronautical industry and theatre productions, as well as intellectual property rights.
During his career he has frequently advised on extraordinary business transactions and assisted enterprises in their internationalization.
He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
