Massimo Longo works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milano office, where he is a member of the Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Administrative, and Energy departments.

Massimo Longo has developed specific expertise in commercial, corporate, and financial litigation, assisting clients in disputes of high technical complexity. He provides both judicial and out-of-court assistance, particularly to auditors and audit firms, as well as to members of the management and supervisory bodies of joint-stock companies, including in proceedings and relations with supervisory authorities.

He handles extraordinary corporate transactions, transfers of businesses and shareholdings, operating in the industrial, banking, and energy sectors.

At the same time, he is active in the field of administrative law, with particular focus on public procurement, providing assistance to economic operators both during procedural phases and in litigation.

He serves as an arbitrator at the Camera Arbitrale di Milano and regularly lectures in training courses and specialized master’s programs.

He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
