Maria Elena Armandola has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2010, and works mainly out of our Milan office.
Maria Elena acts for Italian and foreign clients in domestic and international litigation and arbitration procedures, including ad hoc arbitration procedures and those administered by Italian or overseas bodies (inter alia, Camera Arbitrale di Milano, International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre), both in defence of her clients and as an arbitrator.
Her practice focuses principally on commercial law (international commercial contracts in particular), corporate, insolvency, unfair competition and defamation under civil law.
She is registered in the list of arbitrators that may be appointed by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
