Chiara Biffi is Of Counsel at Pavia e Ansaldo and works mainly out of our Milan office, where she is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department. Her practice includes litigation in general, with a special emphasis on insolvency litigation. She has extensive experience in managing complex contentious matters from both a technical and a juridical perspective, handling complicated technical expertise, and with a reputation for achieving outstanding results in court.
Chiara has built up consolidated expertise in insolvency procedures, and also regularly advises on life sciences and pharmaceutical issues.
