In 2023 we have opened a new office in Madrid.

With it, we are strengthening our position in Spain, where we have been active since 1996 through the Spanish Desk based in Milan and where we established on-site operations with the opening of our Barcelona office in 2016.

Under the guidance of Meritxell Roca Ortega, the Spanish lawyer Javier Vicente alongside a local team with an in-depth knowledge of the Italian language and culture will keep advising Italian and European companies and investment funds in multi-jurisdictional corporate and M&A transactions.
