Milan, 2 August 2018 – Pavia e Ansaldo, with a team made up of Francesco Manara and Paola Carlotti for the corporate and m&a contracts aspects, by Enrico Banchero for the labor law aspects, by Federico Cavazza for the real estate aspects, aided by Fabrizio Smiroldo, assisted the sellers in the sale of the whole share capital of ICTeam, a company operating in the Ict sector (Information and Communication Technology) mainly in the field of big data and business intelligence (data analysis).
Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo assisted the purchaser Lutech, leader of the IT activities in Italy of the One Equity Partners fund.
