Kathleen Bucci is working in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s Rome office.
Kathleen has a significant expertise in real estate deals and, in particular, in acquisitions/dismissals of buildings/portfolios. She is assisting Italian and foreign investors, both private and institutional, in all forms of real estate investments (including contributions to real estate funds, sales, investment management replacements, sale & purchase of shares, and related financing agreements).
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
