Javier de Vicente joined Pavia e Ansaldo in 2016 and has been a partner since 2026. He works out of our Madrid and Barcelona offices, where he advises Italian and international companies and investment funds. His practice is predominantly transactional and focuses on cross-border M&A, especially between Spain and Italy, as well as on international real estate deals.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
