Giulio works mainly out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Rome office, where he is a member of the TMT and Antitrust & Competition departments.
Giulio has a wide range of experience in the TMT sector having worked in international law firms in Brussels and Rome and being, until December 2018, responsible for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Italy as well as being senior member of the Colt group, European Team “Compliance and Customer Propositions”.
Giulio supports and offers advices to primary national and international clients who mainly operate in the electronic communications services (fixed and mobile voice, data and Internet), media and datacenter / housing services, Cloud, ISP and hosting services for regulatory commercial, contractual and competition issues, both in court and out of court.
He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
